Many philanthropic-social reform programs, educational and training programs are conducted among the poor and refugees in and around Kolkata. Woollen clothes were distributed to people living on the street during winters. Books and educational material were distributed for poor students in Mokhrampur in South 24 Parganas district.

KKS is also concerned about the health of the poorer sections. Towards improving the health of these less privileged people, KKS has setup a medical centre at Mokhrampur village. This permanent medical centre provides basic medical facilities, including free consultation and medicines for the economically backward people of the area.
